We know that everyone's budget is tight right now.

So we are trying to make buying from Let’s Be Prepared more convenient!

We are now offering Layaway to help our buyers!

Please see contract below.

This is our layaway contract in its entirety.

If you purchase an item from Let’s Be Prepared LLC using our Layaway Option, you agree to all the conditions in this contract.

It is a legal and binding contract so please read all of the conditions before accepting this contract.

Our Contract For Layaway

1. You choose an item from our website that you wish to buy.

2. You DO NOT hit the "buy button" or the "Check Out" button.

3. You contact us by e-mail stating that you wish to buy the item on our Layaway Plan.

4. We set up a payment plan for you according to your budget.

5. You can make weekly payments, bi-weekly payments or monthly payments.

6. We ask for a down payment of 10% of the item total including shipping

7. When you make this down payment, you have accepted this contract.

8. Upon receipt of your down payment, we pull the item and put it on hold in our layaway area with your information on it.

9. Each time you make a payment and we receive that payment, we update your balance due and send you notification by e-mail.

10. If for any reason your e-mail account is down or you change e-mail addresses, we require a mailing address to contact you.

11. Upon the completion of the final payment we will ship the item to you.

12. If you default on payments and we do not receive 3 consecutive payments when due, we reserve the right to keep the payments that you paid previously and return the item to stock for sale to other buyers.

13. You can pay by Pay Pal to our paypal ID LetsBPrepared@aol.com (this keeps a record of payments for you and for us).
You can also pay by check or Postal Money Order in which you will keep a carbon copy for your records.

14. We will notify you each time we receive a payment and update your balance due to date.
